We recently had a delightful family stay at a hotel in Clacton, on, Sea, which is conveniently situated near the coast and within easy reach of various amenities. Adjacent to the hotel, there is a charming pub/restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and relaxed with drinks after our busy day. the staff at the pub were friendly and attentive, providing us with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and clean, offering a peaceful night's sleep. the bathroom was well, maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities. We also appreciated the excellent service and the tasty breakfast provided by the hotel. the location provided beautiful views of the surrounding area.

We did notice that the bar and dining areas of the hotel were in need of refurbishment, as their appearance seemed outdated and lackluster.

Terrible room service and unappetizing breakfast. Even though the room had everything I needed, it was disappointing to see that it hadn't been cleaned for two days in a row.

Stayed at a hotel near Clacton-on-Sea that was clean and had friendly staff. The location was convenient, with a service area nearby that had a McDonalds, a pub/restaurant, and a petrol station/shop. The room was clean and fresh, and despite facing the service area, it was quiet. The receptionist, Kayleigh, was very helpful and gave good directions. a hotel I would stay at again.

The room was a bit hot, even with a provided fan, and the Wi-Fi required frequent signing in which was inconvenient. The beds were uncomfortable, especially the one in the family room.
